Intention to apply total quality management in petroleum and liquefied petroleum gas in Vietnam’s enterprises

The purpose of this study is to point out the factors that promote and hinder intention apply TQM in petroleum liquefied gas enterprises Vietnam. was conducted based on survey data 486 Vietnam with respondents being members business leadership or person charge quality management collected during period from October 2020 February 2021.The results show (1) Perception effectiveness TQM; (2) Perceived ease use (3) compared old system; (4) size charter capital has a positive effect (5) labor force negative also shows more modern leaders are, easier it make decisions TQM. And vice versa, if they are traditional people, will business.
